Default Civil wars in the the towns controlled by guild alliances.

When someone controls a town they can let people into the elite missions or not. Also,if my information is correct they can let them into those missions for a fee. Now if the people who are on the side of the Luxons don't like the people controlling Cavalon they can choose to wage a war between the alliance controlling the town. These people could be in their own little guild or just a group of players who dislike their rulers. The reason to have this feature is to balance out who controls the town and to make sure not a single alliance controls it all the time. The groups of players who overthrow the rulers of the town could take the throne and control the town which would allow them to change what the alliance they overthrew did that they disliked.

Also, the civil wars would take place in the town that you get to control like House du Heltzer and Cavalon.

This idea has come up in some discussions so I don't take all of this to be my idea entirely.
